SECONDARY PACKAGING
Automatic and manual secondary packaging with Pharma Pack
With our secondary packaging flexibility, you don't have to worry about MOQ here either. You only need to send a single finished product to your regulatory requirements? We are here for you. We can provide on-line automatic solution following primary packaging, semi-automatic solution for semi-finished products (vials, bottles, blisters) and complete manual process for your most sensitive products.

REWORK OPERATIONS

Both our Rework service and Silver Line technology has been designed to support you in such situations. You already have a finished product which would be required for another market? SILVERLINE
Last Moment Customization with Just-In-Time production
Pharma Pack provides Last Moment Customization (LMC) service by directly printing onto primary packaging. Our innovative SilverLine technology combined by Flextock™ solution can maximize the supply chain flexibility while also minimizing production and stock-keeping risks/costs. With SilverLine we produce in a Just-In-Time manner, providing the right quantity to the right market with a short lead time.

SERIALIZATION
Connecting to the MAH or the HUB via interface
We have implemented on-line serialization devices capable of printing, verifying and tamper evident labeling on all productions lines. With out solution, we are able to connect to the MAH and to EMVO in the MAH's name as required by our partners. Pharma Pack is able to generate and import serial numbers as specified and preferred by you.

QUALITY CONTROL
Pharma Pack can have your products tested for EU requirements
Our Quality Control team handles internal sampling processes (AQL, IPC) and external laboratory sampling as well. When you send the product to us, you are welcomed to hand over the task of sampling and arranging for EU retest services with our contracted, highly experienced laboratory.

WAREHOUSE
Ambient, cold, customs, sample, GMP and wholesales storage
On 3637 m2 our warehouse has been designed by the latest technology standards to provide secure warehousing options for all of your projects. Pharma Pack currently has 2 000 storage locations with customs quarantine area, ambient storage for both GMP and Wholesales requirements. Our cold storage is a shelf-storage solution for products and reference samples separately, while we are planning to implement the pallet cold storage in 2025.

Our Logistics Department is ready to support your Supply Chain requirements with several trusted, experienced suppliers for door to door transports services, import and export and customs clearance. We are also contracted to our print houses who provide quality primary and secondary packaging material components. The Logistics Team provides support for your deliveries and planning while also connecting our suppliers services as they best fit your projects and requirements.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Place your artwork and special design orders with us
Pharma Pack has its own Graphic Designer who is there to support your artwork and print proof creation processes coordinating directly with the print houses. With the artwork project manager in hand, they are able to handle your product and component artwork requirements from before registration throughout the product lifecycle. In case you have a special product in need of promotion packing, you would like to start something from scratch or need modifications to already existing artworks, we can support you.
